I completely forgot about the shadows! I was using 2 directional lights and kept the straight shadows for quicker renders to test the textures and I was in a rush to get it done that I forgot to change the lights to match the sky. bleh... on to the next project! (whatever that maybe)
one thing though, with that kind of sky, the shadows should be soft shadows with diffused edges.... actually, i don't think there would be any casted shadows... unless of course it's light shinning on the hut through a part in the clouds. Then it would look like that lol. Looks really good man.
